1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through trophyhub.uk operated by TrophyHub Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.
3. Pricing
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If an error is discovered, we will contact you before processing the order. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, although orders already placed will be honoured at the original price.
4. Personalisation
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all engraving text is correct before submitting an order. TrophyHub cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalised items unless the error is due to our mistake.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. TrophyHub is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
