Returns Policy
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-personalised items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Personalised Items
Engraved or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or the engraving is incorrect due to our error. Please double-check all text before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
How to Return
- Email sales@trophyhub.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a returns authorisation number and return address.
- Pack items securely and send via tracked delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Return Postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
